Oak Appoints New Voice Processing Director
Due to Oak's continued expansion into ever more sophisticated voice and data recording solutions, the company is pleased to announce the promotion of Richard Garel-Jones to Voice Processing Director.
Richard has been at Oak for 18 years, gaining experience as an engineer, account manager and product manager in that time. Oak's CTO Phil Reynolds believes Richard's knowledge of both the company's products and the marketplace make him ideally suited to his new role.
"Richard will be working closely with key reseller partners to create new opportunities to grow sales of call recording and quality measurement solutions. It's a key time for Oak, with several major product releases in the pipeline for 2017."
Richard, who took on the role in January, is already embracing the challenge:
"Our most recent solutions have been developed with an eye to the future. They are designed and built around the customer to provide greater choice, enhanced features, and better integration than ever. We can offer hosted, Cloud-enabled or on-premise systems. Our focus now is on showing our partners and their customers what Oak is capable of."
